How can I check my point balance?    There are 2 ways to check your point balance:

  1. Logon to http://www.accountcentralonline.com/ and click on the “Direct Rewards” button or
  2. Contact Cardmember Services by calling the number on the back of your Direct Rewards® credit card.

Can I get a catalog?    All the rewards items are available online 24 hours a day. You can view them by logging on to http://www.accountcentralonline.com/ and clicking on the “Direct Rewards” button.

Are there restrictions on any of the travel rewards?    Yes. Terms and conditions are listed in the Direct Rewards Benefits Guide, or in the Rewards section of the website. Logon to www.accountcentralonline.com and click on the “Direct Rewards” button.

Will my points expire?    Unredeemed points will expire automatically on 12/31, three years from the year they were earned. For example, unredeemed points earned in 2007 will expire 12/31/2010.
  

How many points can be earned per month or per calendar year?    There is no point cap in this program. Customers can earn as many points as they like.

Will we ship to international shipping addresses or Canada?    We will only ship rewards to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.

How do co-applicants work?    Co-applicant accounts will have the same card number. They will receive one statement and have one point balance. Either the primary or secondary applicant can redeem points for rewards.   

Do I need to pay for sales tax and shipping costs for my reward items?    Sales tax and standard shipping costs are included with each item. You are not responsible for paying those costs, unless you choose expedited shipping. Your Direct Rewards Account will be used for billing of expedited shipping, travel or other charges, if applicable.   

Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem for awards    Points may be redeemed as soon as enough have been accumulated. Reward options start at just 1,000 points.

How do I earn points?    You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on purchases (less returns and credits) with your Direct Rewards card.   

Can I purchase additional points?    No, additional points cannot be purchased.   

Can I request to have redemption merchandise delivered to another address?   

Rewards will be shipped to the cardmember’s statement mailing address unless otherwise authorized by the primary cardmember.   

Do my rewards certificates and gift cards expire?    Your gift card or rewards certificate expiration, if any, can be found on the certificate or card. Please check your certificate or card when you receive it.   

Can I return or exchange my redemption merchandise?    Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. Notification must be made within 2 days of receipt and must be returned within 30 days for credit or shipment of a replacement item. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact the Redemption Service Center by calling the number on the back of your Direct Rewards® credit card. The manufacturer’s warranty applies to all merchandise rewards.
